As a Production Worker, you will work at a company that produces biological crop protection using small mites and insects. You work in a structured environment where quality, precision and teamwork are important. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and that everything is ready for shipment.

Your tasks include:

• Packing biological crop protection products
  
• Placing labels correctly on the packaging
  
• Performing quality checks
  
• Cleaning breeding trays with a high-pressure washer
  
• Moving products internally between departments
  

You work from Monday to Friday in a day shift from 06:00 to 15:00. Once every two weeks, you work on Saturday.

• A gross salary of €16.26 per hour, including a 1.15% ADV allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, starting from the first kilometer

• Shift allowance: 20% between 18:00 and 21:00 and 40% between 21:00 and 06:00
• Night allowance of 40%
• Holiday allowance of 8.33%
• Weekend allowance: 45% on Saturdays and 90% on Sundays
